What did we do
Pineapple's Hardware Technology teams were wasting hours managing build plans in fragile spreadsheets, leading to operational risks.
As the sole designer on the project, I analyzed stakeholder recordings to create an end-to-end management platform.
This solution eliminated manual inputs, established a traceable system for EPMs, and provided a real-time executive dashboard, reducing manual data entry time by 50% and offering a single source of truth for build status.
