2024
Background
The previous portal was cluttered and difficult to navigate, leading to low engagement and inefficiencies in accessing internal tools and updates. Working as part of a small design team, we focused on simplifying the user experience, improving information architecture, and making daily tasks like finding policies, news, or team updates easier. Want to hear more about how we improved navigation and usability through design? I’d be happy to chat.
Core problem
The existing website for NexaTech lacked intuitive navigation, with a design that didn’t clearly communicate the technical sophistication of the product. The UX was cluttered, leading to high bounce rates, and the overall look felt outdated compared to their competitors.
The redesigned portal saw increased employee adoption, reduced time to access key information, and improved overall satisfaction with internal communications.
